Returning Unwanted Goods
Before returning any goods, please contact RadiatorsforHeatPumps to obtain return instructions.
Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by RadiatorsforHeatPumps.

We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued for the product cost, excluding any original postage costs.
Please note that a restocking fee of 30% may be applied for some items.
Damaged Goods
If any goods arrive damaged, this must be reported to RadiatorsforHeatPumps within 48 hours of receipt.
To process a damaged goods return:

Photographic evidence of the damage is required.

Damaged goods should be kept in their original packaging until the return or replacement has been arranged.
Additional Information
RadiatorsforHeatPumps reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
