Delivery Areas & Costs
We offer free shipping to mainland UK only. Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man). Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are unsure whether your location qualifies for free shipping.
Delivery Times

Next day delivery is available for in-stock items when orders are placed before 2:00 pm on a working day.

Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Deliveries typically take place between 08:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide specific delivery time slots.
RadiatorsforHeatPumps will not be held liable for any delayed deliveries, including delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Method
All deliveries are made on a kerbside basis. Delivery drivers are not able to assist with moving radiators into your property, so please ensure you have adequate help available to receive and move your order on delivery day.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery.
Any damage and/or missing items must be reported to RadiatorsforHeatPumps within 24 hours of receipt, quoting your order number. This allows us to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Product Guarantee
All products are covered by a 10-year guarantee. This guarantee is limited to a like-for-like replacement or repair of the faulty product. It does not cover consequential loss, labour costs, or damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
